How did you replace the apple logo? I know, GeekTool, but could you give specifics?

Also, does the clock simulate that thing where a new number drops down? 'cause I would love to know how. :D

You drag a image file up and guide the image u want to put in. and then press "keep on top" to float on the menubar.

and no the numbers does not drop. the background is also an image base
